Re: Why no Appletalk on IIc+?

Okay, I think I am getting my facts mixed up. I talked to a person
at Apple (Matt D.) a very long time ago about this. We had a very long
converstation about this. He told me there was plan of the //c+ having
the AppleTalk in it but it was scraped at the last mintue for what ever
reason (I can't remember what he told me now.) Correct me if I am
wrong, but I think he told me there is some support for Appletalk in
ROM but there is no Firmware/hardware in the machine.

Which I think what a lose, like I told Matt. I think it would have
been a good idea to put the AppleTalk into the Apple //c+, because then
the Apple //c+ could have been a really good deal for those that didn't
need slots. (My second computer was an Apple //c+ btw.)
