Finding the pinout for Apple digital RGB would be a bit trickier, but it
might be a variation of the pinout used for analog RGB on the Mac and IIGS:

Red, green, blue, sync, and ground are most likely in the same place.  You
would then need to find which of the other 10 pins carries the intensity
signal.  A few minutes with a breakout box should answer that.

CGA also called for separate horizontal/vertical sync.  Maybe you can get by
with feeding composite sync into both inputs.
