The first mainstream processors with integrated MMUs were the Intel 386 and
the Motorola MC68020, introduced in 1885 and 1987, respectively. Both
had paged memory management.
There were some relatively obscure microprocessors predating the 386 with
integrated memory management. For instance, the HP Focus 32-bit
microprocessor introduced in 1982 included semented memory management.
