Take notice to your use of the word "former". Why
are they a "former" roomie?? Could it be you finally
got to them so bad that they had to leave???

Try kindness first. I've had no problem teaching people anything
using kind words, and without insulting their very nature. You compared
that person to a 16 year old. THINK, damn it. How would you like it
if someone had said that about you, and insulted the very software they
have depended on for maybe more years than they can count. I know
I don't like it and you didn't even say it to ME!
