Cool, Oliver! I wasn't aware of your post, but did find it. I'll repost
it under the title "FAQ Material", because it really belongs in the
faq.
That reminds me, I think it was Simon who came up with a way to write
bootable Apple II 3.5" disks using a Power Mac with manual inject
floppy drive. Previously, that had been "impossible" too. His solution
was to use DiskDup+.
