Prodos like dos33dmp?

Is it possible to transfer Prodos to a //c plus via a comm link like dos
3.3?  I've looked around for a couple weeks (on and off) and haven't seen
any mention of somebody doing this.  I realize most of prodos lives on the
disks themselves, but without the initial memory dump I can't see any way to
load software onto the system to create the media.

If I'm totally off the wall here, please accept my apologies.
