Each was pulled from a different IIplus, but I have no software or

First plugs into keyboard socket and keyboard plugs on the top of this
board. Appears to be some kind of modem card, but I would like to know
if SW exists and something about it's capabilities.

Not a modem. My first thought is for connecting a keyboard substitue
for the physically handicaped but it'd need more wires. Still 6 is
likely enough for horizontal and vertical movement in a program plus
return.
It might be possible to make a better guess with a higher resolution
scan of both sides.
Second appears to be some kind of coprocessor board. I would also be
interested to know something about it and whether any software or
documentation exists.

80 column card. There should be a cable with a female RCA jack connected
to the two pins in the upper left hand corner.
