can you identify these boards.

Each was pulled from a different IIplus, but I have no software or 
documentation.

First plugs into keyboard socket and keyboard plugs on the top of this 
board.  Appears to be some kind of modem card, but I would like to know 
if SW exists and something about it's capabilities.

Second appears to be some kind of coprocessor board.  I would also be 
interested to know something about it and whether any software or 
documentation exists.
