I can now say with complete certainty that this is, indeed, a Premium
SoftCard //e - picked up the card's original manual and disk this
evening from the previous owner who had located them :)
Different configuration is due to the different slot config in the
non-US //es, so that solves that one. Thanks for everyone's help.
Scored some other goodies, including a boxed (with manual) Apple
joystick, as well :)
