If you have a IIgs a couple more options would be Spectrum and
ANSITerm.
Both are available from Syndicomm's online store in the
Software/Productivity section at:

They also have Apple IIe, //c and IIgs modem starter kits that include
Modem.MGR, preconfigured for the appropriate machine, as well as
either the 8 or 16 bit version of ShrinkIt.
