Have a look at the instructions at
http://bwinton.latte.ca/Palm/ppp.html and experiment a bit. It appears
to be very similar to the technique I used to connect a MacCharlie to
the internet. The bit at the beginning abut hacking the Hayes Modem INF
file is *very* important.
