That site gives pretty much no technical information and from the
looks of it, all they are doing is adding another set of connect and
disconnect messages. I'm assuming the Tivo can't be modified to send
the text "CLIENT" to initiate a connection but does send a "~". If my
assumption is correct, then it looks like the Tivo may support
MS-CHAP.
However, I'll probaby still give it a try at some point. :-)
