Zmodem protocol for IIGS?

Hi everybody,
New poster here. I've got an IIGS Rom version 01 and a Linux box. Trying
to do stuff like transfering disk images back and forth, so I can use them
on both the real IIGS and an Apple Emulator I have. I am a blind person.
The only two communications programs I have for the IIGS are Kermit which I
downloaded a few days ago from Asimov and ProTerm, not the aparently popular
program by that name but a program of the same name written especially for
blind people. Therefore the only protocols I have available to me are
Kermit and Xmodem. I'm not getting very good transfer rates with these
protocols, even using the built-in modem port at the full 19200 BPS. I know
Zmodem is good and was wondering if somebody could point me in the direction
of a freely available Zmodem program for Prodos. Don't need or want a GS/OS
program, but just good ol' Prodos. Doesn't matter if it's a full blown
terminal program or a standalone program which does Zmodem, as long as it
supports the IIGS ports and I, as a blind person using Textalker GS, can use
it which I admit is a bit of an unknown. Any help would be greatly
appreciated!
Jayson.
