Re: Zmodem protocol for IIGS?



I've been using ZLink on my //c to transfer files over to my Linux box. It
does YModem batch transfers, which essentially Zmodem, as far as I can
tell. At the very least, I can transfer files between Linux and the Apple
using the "sz" and "rx" Linux command without any complaints. My //c can
only manage 9600 with ZLink, so it might be a bit slower than normal. ZLink
shareware... I'm not sure if the author is still contactable to recieve the
shareware payment.

There's also Modem Mgr, which has been released as freeware as I understand
it... I've downloaded it and am going to play with it a bit... The
installation seemed a bit complex, compared to ZLink. It does advertise
ZModem compatibility, however, so you might want to check it out first.
