Ugh... I'm having an odd issue with my news reader and *only* for c.s.a2
(sigh), so I didn't see this until I cleared the read flag for every
c.s.a2 article, sorry.

Ahhhhh! No wonder. Mystery cleared up, thanks. :) (Wasn't sure how to
reconcile that 1 MHz discrepancy, but guessed this was probably the
case. Sure enough...)

The reason is simple -- board came without documentation, and I've never
owned any ZipGS in the past, so didn't know which was the preferrable
slot. :)

I later found the manual in PDF form online, and seems that any slot
between 1-4 works. The board doesn't use any slot I/O registers, so it
doesn't 'take over' the slot's functionality. So any slot (1-4) works
well, and from some experimentation earlier, does appear to be the case.

The GS has no other cards at the moment, so it didn't really matter to
me which slot it went into.

Just out of sheer curiosity, what makes slot 3 preferred on a ROM 03 GS?
What's the preferred slot for ROM 00 and 01?
