The trick is to add scan-lines to the emulated image. In photoshop (or
whatever) just make a layer with alternating black and clear horizontal
lines at 1 pixel high. Plop that on top of your normal sized screen shot
and then scale it up. If you resize to a full multiple of the original
size (in pixels) and use "nearest neighbor" sizing (ie: not
anti-aliased) the result will be just lovely
