Ok i was researching the TWGS speeds online fron these sites:
http://www.apple2.org.za/mirrors/ground.icaen.uiowa.edu/MiscInfo/Misc/upgradetwgs
http://www.apple2.org/TWGS/TWGS32K.html
It says the Gal version doesnt matter when your TWGS is over
7mhz. By the way if your osc is 32mhz you just divide by 4 to
get the TWGS speed. Ie your speed is 8 mhz.

Cut from upgrate twgs site

Version 1.5 ROMs do have one quirk: at speeds faster than 8MHz, the
speed self-test reports false error messages. You can ignore these
error messages.

Site also says you can keep the stock 45ns ram up to 12 mhz any
faster you need to change it.
