Yes, I am using v2.11b.

Well, that's where the problems start. The IIgs either locks after I tell
the prog my Grappler+ card is in slot 7. But more often, now, it outputs
what looks like mousetext to the middle of the screen. Check marks and such.
The DATA light on the printer never even comes on. The test runs fine on my
Deskjet 540.

Yes, it passes and I can print from my PC.

While in GS/OS, yes. I need to do anything from P8 when I run the
Printer.test program, right?

I've tried 3 different cables with the same result. Has anyone else been
able to print with a LaserJet 4L?
