Apple is currently pushing ~160KBytes/sec for Wayne Stewarts AE catalog.  
(BTW - Thanks Wayne...also interested in looking at it.)

I get 3Mbits/sec down, 384Kbits/sec up.  I am, with multiple connections 
always, sometimes with just a single connection to somewhere, able to 
use all of that bandwidth.  I'd give up on the net before I went back to 
dial-up.
