IIgs Gaming Memory Fairway's Alien Mind images

Anyone had any luck getting the IIgs Gaming Memory Fairway's SHK images 
for Alien Mind running on a real ROM03 IIgs?  They appear to expand 
properly to floppy, but all I get is a black screen when I try to boot 
the game.  If I try to access the Control Panel after booting, I get 
dumped to the monitor with a few lines of inverse flashing red-on-black 
trash text in the center of the screen.  Do these images need to be 
cracked?  Also, is it possible to install the game to a HDD from these 
images?
