That's the top number, I gave the one on the bottom of the card.
I have one of those you can have for the cost of the postage from
Vancouver, BC Canada. Unless you're also in Canada, it might be
worth waiting a few days to see if one's available nearby.
I used the mechanism to replace the one in a DuoDisk. Likely would
have tossed it on my next cleanup. Have to clear out a few things
soon, I'm out of room.
