The IIc can handle dumps at 1200 baud and I have done it several
times to be sure.

The modem port on the IIc defaults to 300 baud.
I have had my ref manuals out and ready since I sent him

The IIc and IIc+ have built in commands to make setting changes
so there is no need to have ANY software running. The internal
Basic is used to enter the command base where these settings are
accomplished. Again, I have been waiting to help him with all of
this.

I have done this all in preparation for the time that Ralph was ready.
Now he asks in here.
