Bite your tongue! ;-) Hal is talking about Apple II disk images.

I've never used Revival, but IIRC it's for Windows, in which case 
CiderPress at <http://www.faddensoft.com/ciderpress/> would be suitable. 
CiderPress can read and write HDV (hard drive volume?) images and 2mg (
universal disk images).
