I set Drive C to /HardDrive3/AEPC.
I set Drive C's continous to /HardDrive4/AEPC
I set Drive D to /HardDrive5/AEPC.
I set Drive D's continous to /HardDrive6/AEPC.
The reason is that Drive C is divided into two ProDOS partitions because
ProDOS can't exceed 16M on Filename while it limits the space maximum 32M.
When FAT16 reaches the limit of 16MB on /HardDrive3/AEPC, it attempts to
write additional 16MB on /HardDrive4/AEPC, the error message shows, "Not
Enough Space". I have to terminate the program and exit back to MS-DOS
prompt (6.22). It is what it corrupted data on both /HardDrive3/AEPC and
/HardDrive4/AEPC. I have no way to recover data, otherwise I must reformat
both ProDOS partitions in order to create FAT16 images.
It is not according to AE PCT's hardware nor hard drive's bug. It may
be AE PCT's BIOS or TRANFSER.EXE software bug. Please give me your advice
for other options to prevent from corrupting data on both ProDOS partitions
with FAT16 images.
Thank you,
Bryan Parkoff
