At hardware stores, you can find spray cans of dye, which go into the
plastics of the case, though KRYLON works just fine.

Few tips:

Obviously, it's better to remove all hardware from the case before
preparation and paintind, or at the very least, any floppy drives.

Go over every inch of the case to be painted with a fine (600 grit) sand
paper to rough up the surface a bit for the paint. This wioll also remove a
bit of the yellow. Afterwards, wipe the case down with a tac clothe or
LIGHTLY moistened rag (let dry thouroghly).
