Hello fellow Apple II owners!

I am the proud owner of a new (ah, old) apple IIC I just got from ebays.  I
really need some help and hope that the experts here can share some advice.

1st, I think the IIC was originally White but now is a light yellow.  Does
any retro expert know of any solution to get the white back?

2nd, what are great Apple II sites on the net?

and last but certainly not least, I turn the machine on and it is asking for
a boot disk?  What do I do?
