Another thing that will happen if you set the display to monochrome in
the control panel is all output on the composite video out on the IIgs
will be in monochrome including the SHR screen.  This can be handy
when using a composite monitor on a IIgs because colour text can get
pretty blurry on a colour composite monitor.
