I may be wrong here but I think some of the game data is saved automatically.
It doesn't save your position in the game but I think it saves your inventory,
etc. Yeah, you made me go back and start playing the game again. I downloaded
a .dsk image and I already had a key, cross, map, book and a paper (type
INVENTORY to see what you have). There is a text file on the image called
PR.STATUS that probably holds this data.

Well, maybe that's why I never finished the game <grin>.
