Huh?  Have you ever heard of kegs and mac-on-linux?  Not only will you be
able to run GS/OS and MacOS 9 on new hardware, but possibly System 7.5.5.
That should fix the problems with AppleTalk and ProDOS in recent versions
of MacOS.
