Game name, I'm going senile...

There was a great puzzle game on the Apple ][ in the early '80s.  I can't 
remember the name but here is what I do remember:

The object of the game was to push icons representing circuit boards 
together to create computers.  Your character on the screen looked like a 
mad scientist in a white lab coat.

If I remember correctly, you pushed two circuit boards together to make a 
calculator, two calculators made a computer, etc.

I think it might have been from Beagle Bros.

Anybody help me out?
