FWIW, I paid $0.00 for volume II.  In fact, the previous owner kindly hand
delivered it to my door along with the IIc which he thought that he was
going to program with it!?  That was the best surprise delivery which I
ever received.  :)

All it takes is a *great* deal of patience and an understanding between
you and the seller that you would *never* take the item to make a profit.
