Once you have DOS 3.3 running on your Apple II, transfer the ADT program
to the Apple II somehow (the docs of ADT tells you how).
And, finally, once you also have ADT on your Apple II, do this:
1. INIT a new floppy with DOS 3.3
2. Use ADT to transfer a ProDOS disk image to this new floppy. Beware of
sector order though.
Volia !!!!
