  I take it you are referring to the one with the built-in DVD
burner? Chunky pixel movies, here we come =) What would the
logistics be in collecting old hardware projects for the IIe and
the like and posting them online for others to tinker with?
For as much as the C64 and 8088 had, the Apple should have
quite a bit. Would be very nice to see people getting back into
the original hacker spirit of making it yourself.
   God, I remember one project of using resistors to make the
parallel port of the IBM PC into a speaker port. Two printer
ports and you have something vaguely resembling stereo. There
simply *have* to be bizarre things like this floating around
somewhere.
