I went years without blocking QC. Never saw him post anything but anti-Tom
drivel.  He also gets unblocked from time to time when I upgrade. Eventually
he posts more of his obscenity-laced diatribes and I block him again.  If he
ever posted something on-topic, it was as a grain of sand on a beach of
drivel.

I noticed you didn't dispute my comment that he poisons the well.
