Try a 'shift boot' by holding down the shift key as it starts up.  This
will disable all the start-up and extra stuff loaded by the OS.  Once in
GS/OS, look around the drive for the 6.01 installation files.  You
should be able to run the installer utility to 'fix' your current
installation for GS/OS or at least create disks using the folders out
there.  (My new focus came with installs for all the pre loaded stuff.)

When I boot the system with card installed it begins the system 6.01 boot process and about 2/3's through the booy process, after it installs what appears to be the sound icon (after the boot icon) it goes to the blue error screen with the following message: GS/OS System Error, Address = $00DB19, Error Code = $0043, LC Bank = $0.
