Update:
I think the V-Tech drive controller card is shot. I tried it with Disk
IIs, Platinum 5.25s, and even a Platinum 3.5, in Slots 5 and 6. (I
didn't want to risk a UniDisk 3.5.) Nothing happened except fot the
"Apple IIe" at the top of the screen.
The ROM card does go into Monitor. I don't know much about messing
around in there. so it will make a nice decoration in slot 3 until I
learn more.
