	A IIc can develop a short between the disk drive shield and a metal
transistor protruding from the motherboard beneath the disk drive. An
insulator between the disk drive shield and the motherboard fixes this.
Do not screw the 4 machine screws holding the disk drive in too tightly.
This also 'encourages' the short if too tight.

	The plastic of a IIc case 'fatigues' and the familiar short develops.
Same cure works.
