I hope that it's an academic exercise now, but a couple of years ago it
wasn't. I recall reading an article in one of the UK Apple magazines
about this country's nuclear disaster planning people deploying Apple
IIs in the bunkers. They were used because one person could generate
enough power using a bicycle-powered generator to run the system and
mono display.
I think I'd better check that this wasn't the April issue of the
magazine when I get home...
