No. But the suggestion was made earlier in the thread a UDC *might* do the job if any were around. I used it to control a Unidisk on a my //e at the time. I merely mentioned a potential source.
If someone could get the schematics and update it we could be looking at something useful for both the GS and earlier slotted Apples.
