Don Lancaster once said the only thing the GS was really good for (since Apple
didn't even supply a memory card big enough to really handle the main piece of
software that Apple sold for the GS [AWGS]), was as an enhanced 8 bit machine.
More memory, faster, better display, but use it all in ProDOS - he wrote that
in an Ask the Guru column for Computer Shopper in the 80s.
