In that case, there is no issue.
No photo, etc. is included without permission and everyone is credited.

The only "author" involved is Dr. Tom and his mission in the GSWV piece is to
deliver news. While Jeff B. and others are still putzing around wondering about
maybe writing up a report of _last_ _year's_ 'Fest, Dr. Tom delivered a highly
readable account of 1999 Fest events within hours.
That's news, Herbert, _Newwwws_!
