Well as I said earlier, I never read the report myself so I don't know the
contents. However judging from the posting Charles started with this thread
led me to believe that the said article, or perhaps portions of it were written
by Eric Shepherd. It seemed implied to me that the article or excerpts were
used without permission.

Now I understand the issue of news being current, but all news sources I've
ever reviewed had always had permission to use existing articles. If the
article on Charles site was completely an original composition by himself
then there shouldn't be a problem one way or another.
