Yes, there is still an issue.  Although I didn't see any of my posts
in that "report" Tom put together, I probably would have complained
about them being there if they were.  The posts I put on Delphi are
for Delphi users, the posts I put here are for usenet users.  If
someone wants to use them for something, they should ask me first.
Just be grateful I haven't asked you to remove all my material from
your FAQs that you have used without my permission.

I never attended last year's KFest.  I'm working on writing up my
experiences of this years KFest.  The one that ended a week ago.

Also, I will again ask, why didn't he just point people to Delphi
where the messages came from in the first place and are continuing to
be posted?  He would have avoid a lot of problems had he done so.

All the media must ask for permission before using someone's work.
Ever hear a reporter ask "can I quote you on that"?  How about "the
company refused to let us air their comments"?  They can't use
people's images or comments without their permission.
