News to me. The only important graphical control panels associated with
AppleTalk are NetPrinter and AppleShare. (FolderPriv and the printer
namer are lurking in there somewhere, but they aren't important.) There
is the Network control panel, but it doesn't do much either (it would
have been more significant if the Ethernet card had been released).
