While I'm not 100% certain, I'd say there'd be better than a 99.99% chance
that no one on the A2/A2Pro staff there has any say as to how Delphi allows
external access.  This opinion being from what I read on Delphi.

Syndicomm just has a contract to manage the Apple II and Mac Forums, they
don't do anything with Delphi's software and I've never read anything
about them having any more authority than managing those forums.

There was supposed to be an easier method for people doing the bring your
own access to get to the files on Delphi, but this has never materialized.
