Thanks for the info- I think there must be some other problem, because
it just won't boot. I downloaded a good DOS 3.3 disk image and verified
that it boots my Apples, but no go on the Franklin. The disk spins and
clicks, then stops clicking but keeps spinning, just like normal, but
that's it. I tried a patched ProDos 1.0 disk, same thing. I get the
BASIC prompt if I push the reset button, and that seems to work OK. 
I tried an Apple floppy card, no luck with that either. 
I'd appreciate any other hints you can think of. It has a card that
seems to be a video card of some sort in slot 4. It has an RCA jack on
it, and maybe 4 wires going over to pins near the motherboard video
jack. The video seems to be the same from either RCA jack.
