RamFAST Troubles

I just got a brand spanking new RamFAST w/ 1Mb cache from Sequential --
and I'm having a problem. I installed the card in slot 7 of my ROM 03
GS which only has one other card, a GS Juice memory card. And I
connected an APS hard drive to the card. When I turned on the GS, all
I got was the copyright screen, and it was frozen there, I couldn't do
anything (no cda access, etc), and if I try to reboot w/ a 3 finger
salute, the screen goes to black background w/ white lettering and is
frozen there - another reboot try does nothing. Thinking it might have
been a problem w/the drive, I tried attaching my Zip drive, with a Zip
disk in the drive, same thing. Now I assumed that it was a bad power
supply/mother board in the GS, so I grabbed a ROM 01 machine that I
have lying around, same thing there. I even let it sit for about 10
minutes this morning while I was getting ready for work, and it never
got past the copyright screen. What's going wrong? Did I do
something? Should I contact Sequential, and try to get a replacement?
Please e-mail me, as I haven't had time to catch up to the ng yet, and
I'd like to get this thing going ASAP.
