Apple High Speed SCSI, with DMA off (in order to use 8MB)

Are the drivers now freeware? If so, could someone upload a copy
to ground, caltech, or comp.binaries.apple2?
James, when your Zip drive falls asleep in a program and you
return to the Finder, does the Finder want to eject or format
the disk? That the main thing I want to get rid of (and the
occasional program that trashes volumes when saving to a spun
down disk).
Thanks in advance to the person who uploads the Tulin driver
(if it is freeware now) or who writes the pinger init.
Thanks for the help, James.
