I guess Appleshare performance could be considered decent, but I find
that a volume connected through Localtalk is too slow to be usable as
primary storage (i.e. actually running applications off of the server;
saving documents over the network is fine...) Now if there was an
ethernet card for the Apple II, I might actually be interested in
using my Mac as a file server. But if you're happy with your setup,
that's cool...
