Ok, I'd just like to reaffirm what Chris said - I wrote an ircII
script called "Zscript" which is just incredible. It has graphical
dcc status indicators, quick-key combinations, very powerful and easy
ban/unban functions, etc. and it took me over 2 years to write (it's
almost 140k). Now, I've realized that irc is more "fun" than just
coding scripts, and have a small 4k .ircrc that does justabout
everything I need.
Listen to Chris, Mike, and all the other people that discourage
scripts and save yourself 2.0 of your GPA :)
